Herbal Bath & Body Oil
If you have an allergy to any herb please DO NOT use this bath kit.
There is no right or wrong way to take a herbal bath. As long as your intentions are focused on relaxation, stress relief, and repelling negativity.
Option 1: Boil or infuse the herbs (Bath Tea) and oil together. Let it cool and store in a average temperature room. First, take a regular shower to clean yourself. Pat dry then pour the mixed contents onto your body and let it air dry.
Option 2: While filling the bathtub with warm temperature water, began adding the herbs and oil to the water. Let it sit for a while. When ready, soak in the bath as long as you would prefer.
Option 3: Use only the herbs in your bath and use the oil afterwards as a moisturizer.
To enhance your vibe, you can light candles or incense sticks, play calming music, burn some sage or spray the smudge in the air, and align your crystals around the tub. (Recommended Crystals: Amethyst, Citrine, Rose Quartz, Hematite, or Selenite.)
